ALF Step-Down Program
Designed similarly to a respite stay, our step-down program provides a comfortable, home-like setting with access to therapy services. This option allows residents to regain confidence and independence at their own pace, ensuring a smoother, more successful transition home.
Our fully furnished apartments are move-in ready. Whether you need just a few days or a few months, the length of stay is tailored to your needs.
- $196.50 / Day or $5,895 / Month
All our ALF residents have access to in-house therapy, rehab gyms, and ALF amenities. Larger apartments are available for additional guests.
- Daily rate — $221.27 / day or $6,638 / month
- Additional guest — $29.50 / day or $885 / month

Additional fees may apply if the patient converts to a full-time ALF resident.
