Leadership Team

At the Villages of Jackson Creek in Missouri, our leadership team is committed to upholding exceptional standards across our Jackson County campus. Our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) oversees daily operations, staffing, services, and programs, while our Medical Director manages clinical care in alignment with established policies and procedures. Supporting them are our Director of Nursing, Rehabilitation Director, Social Services Director, and Environmental Services Director, forming a strong and trusted leadership team.

Professional Nursing and Clinical Staff

Guided by our Director of Nursing, the clinical team at the Villages of Jackson Creek delivers compassionate care that meets the highest standards in Independence City. Registered Nurses (RNs) evaluate, plan, deliver, and document care while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). CNAs provide essential daily support, assisting residents with tasks such as medication administration, meals, bathing, dressing, and mobility. 

Therapy & Rehabilitation Care

Our licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech Therapists (STs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs) design and carry out therapy programs tailored to each resident’s needs. Working under therapist direction, Restorative Nurse Assistants (RNAs) help residents maintain progress through daily activities that improve strength and mobility. This team is led by our Rehabilitation Director, who oversees therapy services, staff, and overall program success.

Social Services & Activities

The Social Services Director at the Villages of Jackson Creek, MO leads engaging programs and activities that promote emotional, mental, and social wellness for residents and their families. Social Workers collaborate with residents to coordinate individualized services, encouraging independence while creating care plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and preferences.

Nutrition & Dietary Services

Our Registered Dietitians (RDs) manage menu planning and meal service to ensure residents enjoy fresh, flavorful meals tailored to their dietary requirements. Every dining experience is thoughtfully prepared to support health, comfort, and overall well-being for those we serve in Jackson County.

Environmental Services

The Environmental Services team oversees facility maintenance, laundry, general housekeeping, and facility cleanliness according to health and safety standards and codes.
